 We are a family owned business that has diversified a brownfield site to create a secluded safe and secure storage compound with full hard standing open air storage, for the use as caravan, boats, motorhome’s, yacht’s, Rv’s, trailer’s, car’s and machinery storage. SAS Directions The site is conveniently located at Bishopsteignton on the A381  approximately 1 mile from Kingsteignton just off the roundabout on the A380 head towards Teignmouth and it’s immediately after Jacks Patch garden center entrance on the right. Drive down to the end of the access road and its’ on the right. The compound is Approximately 1 mile away from Teignmouth and the nearest slipway for boat owners. Our facility is in a prime location to cover the following areas: Bishopsteignton, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Shaldon, Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton, Kingskerswell , Ipplepen, Abbotskerswell, Maldon, Denbury, Ashburton , Ogwell , Starcross, Totnes, Exeter and surrounding areas in south Devon.
